Le Affair

Inspired by classic thrillers and courtroom procedurals, Le Affair is set in the highly charged atmosphere of a corporate tender process, with protagonist Tracey working away from a homelife and a husband and children that she has increasingly come to resent. She meets dashing Frenchman, Pierre, and the two embark on a secret tryst that, were it exposed, would threaten their relationships and livelihoods. Just at the point when the two are deciding whether to escape to a new life together, they are arrested for the murder of a local lawyer they claim to have never met and are accused of defrauding their company. Tracey's life is thrown into chaos. Will the truth emerge during her court case? And if Tracey and Pierre are not responsible for the murder, then who is?
