Lawson City

The look of Lawson City has changed considerably since the death of crime lord David Proud. Crime is down, business is booming, and it has become one of the country's best cities to live in.

Ryan Wilson, the man behind the mask of vigilante Venger, gets dressed in his crime-fighting suit, just so people feel his presence, though he's more of a consultant during these peaceful times; he sees more action at the coffee shop he and his wife Kara run.

All of this changes when a terrorist crash-lands in Lawson City, leaving an ever-growing path of destruction around them. The city hopes to rely on Venger to put an end to this relentless rampage, but he's gone missing, presumed dead.

As the city fights to keep the flames contained, Captain Stephen Carver is tasked with catching the terrorist before the presence of the FBI and military muck up his investigation completely. With the city crumbling down all around him and a persistent attacker who is skilled in explosives, will there be anything left of Lawson City to save once the ashes settle?
