The Labrador Retriever is America's favorite dog. They are easy going, affectionate, energetic dogs. They are not from Labrador but from Newfoundland, where they worked as fishing dogs. English nobles brought them to the UK in the 19th century.Labradors are incredibly eager to please, which is why they are able to learn and do so many things!
