This work studies the impact of the musical imaginary on writing by three twentieth-century poets: Lorca, Jouve, and Caproni. Their work invites us to meditate on the dream enunciated by Jankelevitch, enjoining us to "not write about the music, but with the music," to "remain complicit with its mystery."
