A young woman clings to life after an abusive abduction goes awry. The victim, Lucy Lampton, had been searching for clues to unveil the truth behind her sister's disappearance six months prior. Unwittingly, she has become entangled in a plot to smuggle priceless Romanov jewels-the funding for an impending counter-revolution.
