Kindred Spirits-Print on Demand Edition: Celebrating Pieces of the Past

Since 1992, sisters Jill Shaulis and Vicki Olsen have shared their passion for traditional quilts through their quilt shop and pattern business, Yellow Creek Quilt Designs, known for its warm 1800s reproduction prints and wool fabrics. Now they celebrate their love of classic quilts in this diverse collection of 13 projects, including bed-size quilts, wall hangings, table runners and a wool appliqué table mat. While paying homage to the past, Jill and Vicki also put their own twist on tradition, injecting a dash of whimsy into a colorful Courthouse Steps quilt with a bevy of wool blooms and switching out a couple of blocks in a Nine-Patch classic with Churn Dash charmers.
