It's a big day for the Dead Hunters. The president of the United States is due to present them with medals as a thank you for all the killing they have done. Unfortunately, in the hours leading up to the meeting, dozens of powerful people all around the world are assassinated in a coordinated attack. Everyone suspects the pudgy-faced Russian leader is behind it. But then there's also the vampires and the invisible coat....
