Nic is dead.

A deal Articus Kimmer made five years ago with Nic, means the soul of a serial killer transfers ownership to Articus upon Nic's death. Articus is a corrupt immigrations officer who is also a demon god. He was once infatuated with the serial killer, Jimena. But now he's over it. He's even more over it when he suspects Jimena is still murdering people.

It also seems Nic can't let go, even in death. He wants Jimena's soul back and he'll risk everything to have it. Even banishment to another world.

This novel is a crossover event with several previous books written by Nina R Schluntz. You may recognize characters from the Gods of Earth Series, Slaves of an Alien Game, and Mages and Mates. This novel concludes the Kidnapped Series and includes the first 3 chapters from two novels in the Mages and Mates Series.
