Keep Your Pecker In Your Pants, is a call to continued mental and emotional healing for incest survivors and offers the reader opportunities for renewing, restoring and transformative experiences of the mind, heart and soul. In ways that are affirming, gentle yet empowering, this book can serve as a valuable resource and comfort for the reader. As the author shares her story, the reader is afforded space to explore and examine their thoughts and feelings, about past events, while celebrating victories gained and envisioning plans for future dreams and goals. The author presents a variety of imaginative practices and techniques for the reader to engage in, such as the use of journaling, directed meditation, moments of reflection and intentional guided breath work, in their continued quest for deeper self knowledge and growth. These techniques can assist the reader in their efforts to further heal, in ways that are mentally and emotionally healthy, assisting in the efforts to reclaim various aspects of self, power and personhood, while listening to wisdom of their authentic voice.
