Katrina Amy Alexandra Alexis Infield, better known to the world as Katie Price, was born on May 22, 1978, in the picturesque seaside town of Brighton, East Sussex. She was the only child of Ray and Amy Infield. When Katie was just four years old, her father left the family, an event that would shape her early years and her sense of identity. Her mother, a resilient and determined woman, remarried in 1988 to Paul Price, a builder, and it was from him that Katie took her new surname.Katie's childhood was marked by a blend of sports and glamour. At Blatchington Mill School in Hove, she excelled in swimming, even competing for Sussex in regional competitions. Alongside her athletic prowess, Katie harbored a passion for horses and horse-riding, a love that would stay with her throughout her life. Despite her early interest in sports, the glimmer of the spotlight beckoned, and she began modeling at a young age, posing for a clothing line at just 13.
