Beskrivelse
These are the first three of twelve lectures that form a particularly intimate subset within the lectures on karmic relationships. In them, Rudolf Steiner divulges the karma of the Anthroposophical Society itself. Thus these lectures are addressed directly to the members of the audience, challenging them to achieve a new level of self-knowledge. Steiner reveals that there are fundamentally two kinds of people who have found their way into the Society. On the one hand, there are those who have enjoyed fewer incarnations, still are not tired of paganism, and are drawn chiefly to what anthroposophy has to say about cosmic evolution and human nature. On the other hand, we find those with incarnations reaching far back, who fought paganism as heresy, and above all seek Christ, whom they expected to find in the sphere of the Sun, not realizing that He had entered the sphere of the Earth. These twelve lectures are as profound as any that Steiner ever gave.
