Journey with Jeremiah

"Treat the Messiah as holy, as Lord in your hearts; while remaining always ready to give a reasoned answer to anyone who asks you to explain the hope you have in you" (1 Peter 3:15). Have you ever felt like you've 'inherited lies' in your faith? Or something is missing and you need more to grow in the grace as well as the knowledge of the Lord? Well, we did and this is our journey of how, like the prophet Jeremiah, we 'tore down' those lies and then 'replanted' and built up a re-newed covenant walk of faith in the Messiah of Israel. This book is written with reasoned Biblical responses to questions we have been asked and challenged with over the past 30 years. It is a unique tool for those questioning their Biblical heritage or needing an apologetic reference that explains to loved ones how you have not 'fallen from grace', but are wanting to walk as Yeshua/Jesus taught and as the chosen, redeemed, holy nation of people of God should. I am not a theologian, scholar or even affiliated with a 'brand name' ministry or teachers. My husband and I are just believers in Yeshua as Messiah who desired to know Him more deeply. The Spirit of God was faithful to teach us. Part One explores many of the misunderstood doctrines in historical Christianity: the new covenant, the problem in Galatia, the law vs. the Law, Peter's vision, and the timing of Jesus' birth. Part Two brings the shadows of Scripture into the reality of Yeshua giving understanding to the unexplained 'Jewish festivals' that leave holes in the pages of the New Testament.
