You are an energy force that inhabits a human form or body. You do not exist as simply a body or simply a spirit. You are both.

You are light and you are form. You are a "creative being" and you literally create a personal environment made up of all the energy, including thoughts, ideas and emotions that you are sending out. You create the personal world that you exist within by simply expelling or expressing your personal beliefs and ideas and emotions. You are a creating, expressing machine. You do it all and then you ask "Why - why is this happening?"

In this book I will try to explain for you "why this is happening." I will give you as much insight into this whole situation as is possible at this time. It is not often that you hear from God and it is with gratitude that I communicate to you.
