Blue is an unusual girl living on her own in a strange world. It is a place of consistency and method; seamless and cold, and she thinks she knows her world until the day she feels something, or rather someone, pulling at her from far away.
Visions of a mysterious boy intrigue her, and she is unable to ignore the magnetic draw within her to him. Even though Blue doesn't know him, this remarkable girl sets out to find the boy, traveling through what she believes is the monotonous machine of a land she lives in, only to discover that it's nothing at all like she ever imagined.
From giant white turtles and glowing bridges of light to colorful sand dunes and bottles of wishes, Blue's journey becomes a bizarre twist of terrifying danger and delightful fun. With the help of extraordinary and dear friends that she makes along the way, she discovers the highs of happiness and hope, and the lows of fear and sadness.
It isn't all fun and games; dark and dangerous forces come after her, doing everything to stop her from going onward. Her courage and determination are unbreakable however, and Blue refuses to give up on finding the unknown boy, no matter what it takes, how surreal the world around her becomes, or how impossible it may be to get to him. This journey straight out of reality will leave you reeling.
