Joe is an 11 year old boy. When he comes across an old lady being harassed by older boys, he bravely intervenes. The grateful old lady, unbeknown to Joe, has certain powers and rewards the boy, by taking him on a fabulous adventure to places only seen in dreams. During his journey, he meets the most wonderful and fabulously beautiful, people and creatures he could ever have imagined in his wildest dreams. His journey takes him to a land that only his fantasies could have conjured up. However, nobody could have foreseen the danger that he would ultimately find himself in, culminating in a race against time for the Queen of the land and the strange and beautiful fairy, who has become his dearest friend, to save him.
