Faisah is the daughter of a wealthy family of Palestinian descent residing in Cairo. When the young woman comes under the influence of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood the concerned parents send her and her brother to study on the Caribbean island of Grenada. This has dramatic consequences. The siblings get caught in the murderous network of an offshoot of the Islamic State.
