Beskrivelse
John Rucyhana 's life story begins in Rwanda but ethnic violence drives him to live as a displaced person in Congo and then to be a refugee in Uganda. While in the refugee camp his life was turned around by an encounter with Jesus which eventually led him into ministry in the Church of Uganda. This story tells how John, having found hope in his own life, seeks to bring that hope to many disadvantaged and hurting people both in Uganda and post-genocidal Rwanda. The book concludes with Bible studies for individuals or groups, to discuss the Bible teaching on some of the issues raised by Bishop John's story. The author's prayer is that this book will thrill, encourage and challenge its readers, bringing Jesus' hope into their situations and then helping them share that hope with others.
