Jesus, Coffee & Fishing

Having a day where nothing is planned, no "to do" list is required, and no job is demanding our time, is a blessing. God wants us to have days where we can enjoy ourselves. Days with coffee and fishing are great, but God wants to be included in that day also. Jesus, coffee, and fishing, now that is a great day God said to His disciples, "follow me and I will make you fishers of men." God wants us to enjoy fishing and he wants us to fish for men. When we fish for men, there is a joy that comes with that. It is God's presence that changes us on the inside. His Spirit can do more for us in one second than we can do for ourselves in a lifetime. There is a peace that comes only from God. In the stillness of the quiet morning, coffee in hand, watching the sun rise, whether on land or water, it is God who changes us on the inside. May His Spirit be present in your life, and His presence be seen everywhere you go. Just like a coffee cup holds coffee, we can be a vessel full to over flowing with His presence. May God bless you with His presence, a good cup of coffee, a great day fishing, the desire to invite a friend to join you, and a boldness to share with them your testimony. It is my prayer that everyone reading this book, will come to know the Lord more every day.
