Beskrivelse
This story is written and solely based in the early to late 1980s. New York, California, Miami, Chicago, and Atlanta were known for their elite and elaborate dance clubs. It can also be said that the city of Detroit should be added to this list as well. House Music made its way from. Chicago to Detroit, Ronald Reagan was President, and Mayor Colman A. Young was king of Detroit. Young Boys Incorporated and The Best Friends Gang were at their peak and spreading their terror across the city. The 1984 Detroit Tigers won the World Series. Detroit Hitman Thomas Hearns was our very own welterweight boxing champion for a while. The Bad Boys, Detroit Pistons were the team to beat in 1989. I have dedicated this book to the irresponsible men who have no idea how to handle a beautiful, committed, intelligent, and strong woman. It's sort of a blueprint of what not to do when you are young and in a serious commitment. This is a story about one man's unraveling and loss of the best thing that ever happened to him. You don't always know what you have until it's completely removed from your life. Remember, it's not always about you. Often times it's about the person you chose to spend the rest of your life with. You are the gatekeeper to that woman's heart. Communication, honesty, trust, and compromise are keys to any great relationship. Karma is also a real thing. Whatever pain you caused a person, always seems to find its way back to you. The best thing you can do in a new communion is to put each other before any and everything. Be committed and grow together. Fix any problems you have before you decide to retire for the night. Oh, and one more thing. Keep God first. Nothing is easy in a relationship.Believe me its hard work. But if you put the time and effort into it, nothing and I mean nothing can be more gratifying. Remember two people together can accomplish so many things in life. This is a raw story of trials and tribulations. A lot of love, sex, abuse, and lies. The people in this story are Fictional, but the events that take place throughout this book may have happened or maybe not. Who knows?
