Meet Jeff. He's the alpha dog in Jeff the Mutt, a tale of a dog's struggle to escape a mediocre life. Jeff craves to know more than a small, town existence. While trying to convince his buddy Zac to join him on his quest for the meaning of life, Bilbo the dogcatcher, turns the corner with his huge net cocked to nab the dogs. In an attempt to elude Bilbo, the dogs' flight carry them into a rail yard. The Hollywood train is leaving the station and the dogs jump aboard -- the ride taking them on the adventure of their doggone lives
