The swindler Jeff Peters is after his next victims in the small town Fisher Hill. He is left with only 5 dollars and instead of falling into despair, he finds a way to trick the whole town. Everything goes according to plan until mayor Banks finds out the truth. Jeff has to prove him wrong.
