Iyana is witty, bright, and imaginative. She has a way of expressing herself through her own fairytale imagination. Grandma wants Iyana to get ready so they can go to the park. But, full of joy, Iyana never makes it to the park because she is too busy creating and demonstrating the humor in Grandma's words as she matches Grandma's words into her logic of life the way she sees it.
