In 1996 Robert Pruitt receives a call from his father which would take his breath away and forever change his life. At twenty-nine, he is unemployed, healing from a divorce and has just become his father's caretaker. As the days drag along painfully moving him closer to his father's death from cancer, he is tormented by the finality of life and the uncertainty of what the next moment would offer.
