Companies with a large computer park but not active in the field of Information Technology are confronted with ambiguities by confusing computer maintenance with other forms of industrial maintenance. This little book will shed some light on the confusion, first by trying to identify the issues related to maintenance in general, then by highlighting the specificities to be considered in IT, especially for a Quality Approach.
