After an explosion at the Regal Wisteria Wailea resort on the island of Maui, a local attorney requests assistance from his former college roommate, Daniel Mendoza.
His task is to litigate a civil case related to the tragic event. Several guests have been seriously wounded and the neighboring villa destroyed by the debris. As Daniel and his legal team delve deeper into what caused the explosion, secrets are revealed leading to a host of suspects with possible national and international connections.
