Beskrivelse
The author's earlier book, IP For EVERYONE: Ethics, Filing, Reflections, From An Indian Perspective, discussed core concepts of Intellectual Property Rights (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, G.I., Domain Name Disputes), and also covered its ethical dilemmas & reflections, in the language as condensed as possible, covering all the important aspects of IPR, from an Indian perspective, in a highly condensed form with respect to preliminary and intermediate stages of filing at different offices, that can be read and used by almost everyone.
Whereas, the present book, IP For Everyone, IN TIME (THE TIMELINES), From An Indian Perspective - Part - II, is restricted to the Timelines, that discusses different timelines in IPR, from the lens of an Applicant, Opponent, Person Aggrieved, Complainant, and Respondent. With the help of these timelines, one can understand the statutory period to initiate an action, or a response, with regards to IPR in India, as well as at WIPO.
The timelines are subject to change. However, at the time this book is being written, the author has tried to include the updated information about the timeline to the best of his knowledge and belief.
The author has tried to summarize the illustrious timelines in a simple format; alike the previous book that discussed ethics, filing procedures and dilemmas in IPR, for everyone.
