In the book I incorporate interviews ((2004-2006) carried out with relevant figures of Spanish and world society, who talk about topics as diverse as: Environment, probiotics, food safety, animal welfare, happiness, Ecology and Development, anthropology, Nuclear Industry, 'Hidrotilapia, public health, free software, etc ... Interviews must be understood in their context and time taken.
