Vol. V of the International Encyclopedia of Comparative Law on Succession comprises nine chapters dealing with comparative aspects of this branch of the law.
All chapters of the volume were written by leading, internationally renowned experts from many countries and co-ordinated by Professor Ulrich Drobnig.
