Hopefully, you have already had the chance to read Intermittent Blasting - The Simple Truth Behind Consistently Losing Weight and Keeping It Off...For Good and learned the scientific principles of how and why our bodies use superfoods combined with intermittent fasting to lose weight, cleanse, and rejuvenate.
This is a powerful combination and one that I feel will bring about a true revolution in our understanding of weight loss and overall health.
