Insufficient Evidence - Orphan to Medal of Honor Recommendation

He is also the author of a children's Christmas story titled ?LEROY THE SMALLEST ELF OF ALL.? In addition Bob has boxed for the Army and Navy and has also boxed professionally. He has jumped from airplanes while serving in the Army and Navy and is also a certified diver.
