This paper presents a look, an idea, of the construction of the institutional of the specifically educational, for which nodal concepts of the organization and its main contributions from different authors and associated disciplines are taken up, in order to advance in the theoretical construction, establishing an angular analysis of the same.The proposed analysis of institutional constructions slides from its universalism, its organization and from the recognition of man's creative capacity. That is to say, classical contributions are taken up to Latin American contributions on institutional studies.The challenge is to strengthen symbolically and materially the educational institutions, in order to contribute to create a true educational inclusion, where all the protagonists of the educational space have a great commitment and responsibility in this respect... a great effort raised to the field of the administrative systems and from the educational institutions.
