Information and Communication Technologies

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 11th Ecuadorian Conference on Information and Communication Technologies, TICEC 2023, held in Cuenca, Ecuador, during October 18-20, 2023.The 31 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 120 submissions.
