This text will address a topic of special importance in the teaching practice, particularly in the development of writing skills, which determines to a great extent the future performance of students in the different areas of knowledge. Here we will find a different approach to processes that in recent years have been underestimated, such as the importance of the typology of writing, the correct application of writing and the use of memory, as factors that affect the performance of the writing process from the first years of schooling and ultimately in school success or failure.
