School leaders play a pivotal role in the successful operation and management of educational institutions. This study delves into the inclusive leadership practices of school heads and their impact on stakeholder involvement. Through a descriptive correlational research design, the study examines the relationship between inclusive leadership practices and stakeholder involvement, employing a researcher-made survey questionnaire to three hundred and fifty respondents which consists of 45 principals, 260 teachers, and 45 external stakeholders from elementary schools.
