THE ESSENTIAL IS INVISIBLE TO THE EYE - Exupery In the many orientation and school dialogues, it's clear that I didn't become an inclusive educator on a certain morning, at a certain time and in a specific class. Perhaps the most appropriate question is this: when did I realise I was an inclusive educator? Yes, because there is no particular moment when I started acting in an inclusive way. What I am saying is that I became an inclusive educator in a society that masks prejudice and encourages competition. I became an inclusive educator when I started demanding the right to learn for everyone at school, at a time when various inclusion movements were beginning.
