A mental patient on the road of recovery is released from a state mental institution and decides to step into the shoes of a known serial killer. Having already lived the life of impersonations, becoming Chester Cruz is a fairly easy task. With time on his hand and prey on his mind, he sets out to clean up the sinful mess.
