It's the beginning of the 22. century. Decades have passed since most of the USA except the rust-belt was blown up in WW3, and things have long since returned to normal.
Peter, a University student, receives a massive inheritance from his still living father. That is all of his father's holdings and loose cash, all of which is in the custody of some friends of his father's, all very trustworthy humanitarian types. All Peter needs to do is to go to Canada and have a party and sign some papers and see what he has. He is about to see why his father didn't want anything to do with any of his friends.
He finds that some people have somewhat gruesome hobbies.
