Quint Michaels receives an urgent invitation to his first in-person meeting since his recruitment. Appearing at the organization's headquarters, hidden away somewhere in the American Southwest, Quint discovers that his handler is Hilda, the same stunning blond expatriate German he had worked with on a previous hit job.



Quint and his young protege, Jake Dahl, are given a seemingly impossible assignment: Without creating an international incident and without damaging an ancient place of worship, rid the world of four nefarious dictators responsible for the torture and deaths of thousands. The window of opportunity to execute the hit is under three weeks. Quint's handler is bored with her desk job and wants in on the action. Should he trust her in the field?
