Author' Note: This novel was first published in 2005 and again in 2016. The story is the same, but the first printing is no longer available. IN THE MIDST OF TOMORROW is a warm and beautiful love story, as well as a thought-provoking, deeply inspirational drama. Born and raised under atheism, the inhabitants on the underground city of Argess, have been taught from birth that God is nothing more than a myth; but, suddenly, the younger generation is becoming discontented and starting to long for something to fill the unexplained void in their hearts and lives. Two, in particular, Trista and her twin brother, Tory, are very unhappy with the strict rules under which they are forced to live. As Tory craves personal satisfaction for an injustice done to him by the system, Trista finds herself starting to wonder about God. Could He be real? If He truly existed, despite what they'd been taught, how could a world of unbelievers find Him? When Trista accidentally stumbles onto some terrifying, confidential information, at the same time that Tory finds himself in serious trouble, both are about to discover how very much alive and powerful the Almighty God really is
