IN THE MIDST OF BI-POLAR DISORDERYOU'LL FIND A PRAISEThe National Institute of Mental health estimates that 16.2 million U.S adults had at least one major depressive episode in 2015. This represents 6.7 percent of the U.S adult population. Depression is most common un ages 18-25 and in individuals belonging to two or more races. Women are twice as likely as men to have had a depressive episode. This is a day in time where it's also effecting teenagers from the age of 12-16.
