What mindsets have you believed that leave you feeling less than confident?
Do any of the following thoughts echo in your mind?
I'm not good enough. Am I loved? I'm all alone and no one understands me. Why do I bother? No one cares.
I can't do anything right. What is my purpose? Is there any hope for someone like me?
Who am I and where do I belong?
