This paper analyzes and compares the concepts of entrepreneur, entrepreneur and intrapreneur, as well as approaching these topics from a behavioral perspective, based on psychology. In addition to providing the necessary grounding for this work, the theoretical basis aims to explain the differences between traditional managers, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs; a relevant issue that emphasizes the fundamental characteristics for achieving success in the job market. It also aims to present an assessment of the intrapreneurial profile of individuals, using a psychologically-based test. This test consists of a set of statements with implicit meaning, related to the most relevant intrapreneurial characteristics, analyzing the individual's behavior and comparing it to the intrapreneurial characteristics in the literature and those observed in practice. Based on the results, we have a material capable of assessing whether or not the individual has an intrapreneurial profile, so that their characteristics can be improved or help with hiring.
