Francis Lovel was the best, oldest and closet friend to the last Plantagenet King, Richard III. He ran the risk of death from the first Tudor and his nephew was in the same danger with the second Tudor King. Lovel lived in turbulent times when secrets were the matter of life and death. A skeleton was found in the ruins of his home three hundred years after his last sighting. Was it him? Was his death an accident or deliberate?
