What if one day you woke up to find yourself in a body of a glitzy pretty high heeled pump? In a city full of exquisite sweet things, hip and oh-so-pretty Ellie and Bernie are shoe twins with a soul. They have insights into the International Shoe Society (ISS). Once having been owned by a famous Hollywood actress, they are now obediently worn by their new mistress - a young jet setter Fay Amanda Waltensen, a true shoe lover and an aspiring actress. She has all the access to Manhattan's hottest hip places and travels to Los Angeles to attend the most glam and chic parties. Will she find her Prince Charming while Ellie and Bernie carry her? Will Ellie and Bernie fit into the new shoe society? In the meantime, two spoilt European jet-setter party girls came to New York obsessing with shoe shopping. When one day they wake up being the shoes they had just purchased.... The story becomes more entangled with Fay receiving these new shoes with a soul and traveling together to LA, where she starts a relationship with a Hollywood celebrity. All whilst Ellie and Bernie teach the Euro-newcomers how to live as high heel shoes. Will the girls ever see the world from human eyes again, or will they forever remain as shoes? It's the same old story but with an original and fun twist: shoes, love, friendship and fashion....
