Hymn Introduction & Verses

First book in a series by Richard Van Auken, containing music from 2006-2008, in this second edition, the music has been placed in an improved order. Each hymn is arranged with an Introduction, the body of the hymn (for congregational participation), and a Modulation / Interlude to raise the key for the final stanza. The Introduction is designed so as to avoid the average playing through of a hymn to introduce it as well as to provide the congregation with a sense of something special. The body of the hymn for congregational singing is based on the normal writings found in most hymnals. The final stanza for most of the hymns contain some harmonic changes which vary from mild to moderate.
