In Franklin D. Roosevelt's Washington, counterfeiting is afoot at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.The ringleader is Bill Blandings, a devilishly handsome cop, code named Hundred Dollar Bill.
Chloe Lambert is gorgeous young Secret Service agent, deep undercover in the counterfeit division. She crosses a line with the wise guy and is framed for murder.
With no means of proving her innocence, she goes on the lamb.
Her former partner, Agent Mike Taurus, is tasked to apprehend her.

Meanwhile back at the White House, Eleanor Roosevelt finds a pearl handled pistol in the desk drawer of the President's secretary, Vera Blandings, who just happens to be Bill's wife. Choosing not to worry her ailing husband, the First Lady sets about shadowing this floozy.
