Part 1:The year is 2025. The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has launched a satellite with an artificial intelligence-powered robot to investigate whether life exists on any planet other than Earth. After six years, the satellite finds a planet called Chandragraham, where it discovers a civilization of humans who are much more scientifically advanced than us.
The robot, which has been trained to speak and write more than 300 languages, lands on Chandragraham and establishes communication with the humans there. The Chandragrahamians speak Tamil, and their planet is governed by a democratic government.
The ISRO scientists are excited to learn of the existence of Chandragraham, and they begin to negotiate with the Chandragrahamian government about the possibility of scientific and technological cooperation. The Chandragrahamian government agrees to cooperate with the democratic governments of Earth, but the communist authoritarian states, such as China, Russia, North Korea, and Cuba, oppose this cooperation.
The cooperation between Earth and Chandragraham is a major breakthrough for the world. It opens up new possibilities for scientific advancement and economic development, and it provides a model for how different cultures and political systems can work together for the common good.
The story of the discovery of Chandragraham is a reminder that we are not alone in the universe. It also shows that the possibilities for human cooperation are endless, even when we come from different backgrounds and have different beliefs.
