Humanity, Uploaded proposes a strategy for reshaping our material form, as it explores human consciousness uploading and cyborg development. But, in order for these changes to be possible, we must restructure our social construct and make a few big bets as a society. Humanity, Uploaded dives deep into the social and economic conditions as well as the science and technology needed to evolve humans beyond their current mental and physical limitations.
Social and economic concepts explored in this book include: social inequality, public policy, monetary history, socialism, post-capitalism, universal basic income, and venture philanthropy.
