Dr Decay is back and wants to make lots of money with his theme parks; Candy Town and Fizzy Springs. Everyone on HipHop Island love it at first but the effects of visiting the parks daily starts to show. Everyone begins to feel weak. Sir Rebellum is needed to solve this issue and the solution is not as difficult as you might think!
