The world stands on the precipice of disaster as unemployment rates soar past 50%. Companies no longer employ humans, political power fades into obscurity, and ideological discord between the proponents of scientific advancement and humanistic values reaches a fever pitch.

In the face of widespread panic and looming war, The World Federation is born, cleaving humanity into three distinct classes: the Human Class, the Scion Class, and the Capital Class.

The Human Class wields political power, while the Scion Class controls the collective operating system, holding dominion over scientific civilization and energy. Meanwhile, the Capital Class clings to their property rights but steps back from the political and management arenas.
